Cancellation Policy

OPEN PLAY SESSIONS & PLAY PASS: Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings are final sale. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused play time. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule your booking one time by providing at least 2 hours' notice before your scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before your session, or after the session has begun, cannot be accommodated. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original booking date. The Play Loft reserves the right to refuse repeated rescheduling requests or suspected abuse of this policy. This policy helps us keep spots available for other families and supports our small business. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING POLICY: All birthday party bookings are final sale. Once a party is booked, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are unable to host your party on the scheduled date, you may transfer your booking to another available date by providing at least 4 days' (96 hours') advance notice. Transfers are subject to availability and may be made one time only. Transfer requests made with less than 4 days' notice cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be forfeited. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. The Play Loft reserves the right to deny repeated transfer requests or suspected misuse of this policy. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Birthday Party Booking Policy.
